Geani Gold is a full-scope main contractor and design-build studio with over 25 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality construction. We operate as a single point of responsibility across design, fabrication, and installation — from architectural shell to specialist finish.
Our work spans luxury private residences, boutique lodge builds, game reserve developments, and commercial hospitality environments. Signature projects include the Gondwana Private Reserve lodge build and the Westlake residential development on the Atlantic Seaboard.
Alongside our main contracting capability, we develop and install proprietary specialist systems — luxury outdoor kitchens, sliding deck pool covers, and architectural shade structures — designed and fabricated in-house for residential, lodge, and development projects.
We collaborate with architects, developers, quantity surveyors, and project managers across South Africa and into East Africa, offering early-stage design involvement through to full turnkey delivery.
